How does ordering work?
Create an account and confirm your email address. In the client area, choose a plan and billing cycle; the first invoice is issued straight away and our team begins setup once it is paid and lets you know when the service is ready. Details such as IP addresses appear on the service page.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Accounts are billed in SGD or HKD, chosen when you sign up. Invoices can be paid online (Pay online with Stripe) or by bank transfer. Your accounts team can pay from the link in the invoice email, without an account.
Is there a minimum contract?
Services are billed monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or annually, whichever the plan offers. You can cancel from the service page; an active service runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Can invoices carry our purchase order number?
Yes. Add your PO number to an unpaid invoice, or to a service so its renewal invoices carry it. Statements of account for any period are there for your auditors.
How do I reach support?
Open a ticket in the client area, or reply to our emails. For outages, email our NOC at [email protected].
What if I need something not listed?
Custom servers, multi-rack deployments, private links between our sites and security work are quoted. Tell us what you need and you accept the quote online.
