Core network architecture upgrade and circuit adjustment (TW)
To accommodate equipment and circuit adjustments by our upstream provider, and to improve network stability and available bandwidth, we will replace and reconfigure our core network architecture. - Impact: 2 to 3 complete service interruptions (each lasting 5 to 30 minutes). Services hosted at the Taiwan data center will be temporarily unavailable and will resume automatically. - Recommendations: Save/back up important data in advance, avoid running critical transactions or scheduled jobs during the window, and notify users/customers if you provide public-facing services.
